For the month of August, the Society will have a World War II exhibit at that Goochland Branch of the Pamunkey Regional Library. It will feature pictures and personal items of soldiers who served during WWII from Goochland. Ms. Dandridge is a Professor of Languages and Literature at Virginia State University and has edited The Collected Essays of Josephine J. Turpin Washington. Josephine J. Turpin Washington was a newspaper journalist, teacher and social reformer whose work helps to draw attention to the continuing struggle for equality.
